Tommaso Lazzari is a Managing Partner at Seta Capital. He has 13 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering and energy projects. Recently he advised BNP Paribas Cleantech Energy Partners on the investment strategy of their $600M fund in Eastern Europe and Rockfield Energy in a $70M investment in a Wind Farm in the UK.

Prior to joining Seta Capital, Tommaso was a CEO of ezTaxi, an Italian digital venture backed by a leading Italian investments fund. He led the company through 3 investment rounds and remains the Chairman of the company.

Prior to ezTaxi, Tommaso worked for General Electric Oil & Gas, the global leading engineering company where he led Oil & Gas projects for customers such as Exxon, Shell, ENI across Europe, America and Africa. Tommaso began his career as a manufacturing engineer in SKF, based in Turin (Italy) where he developed several patents on bearings mounting.

Tommaso holds an MBA from London Business School (UK) and a Master degree in Mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin (Italy). He is a native speaker in Italian and is also fluent in English, French and Spanish.

曾就职于通用电气石油及天然气部门。负责管理一个石油及天然气项目，该项目的客户包括埃克森美孚（Exxon）、荷兰皇家壳牌（Shell）、意大利埃尼（ENI）等欧洲、美洲及非洲客户。作为一名制造工程师，其职业生涯起步于意大利都灵SKF企业，于任职期间获得了多项轴承安装方面的专利。

毕业于伦敦商学院工商管理硕士项目（MBA），并在此前获得都灵理工大学机械工程硕士学位。母语为意大利语，流利掌握英语、法语及西班牙语。
